Mikron F75 Milling Machine
To complement the T90 lathe Mikron produced
a superb small milling machine which has not been made since
the 1960s.
A large number of accessories were a available
for the small Mikron mill including dividing and spiral milling
attachments, rotary table etc.

This machine has two simple modifications
which have made an already a capable and versatile precision
mill extremely slick and easy to use. Firstly, the machines main
drive motor is inverter controlled making the spindle speeds
infinitely variable up to 2000 rpm with the added convenience
and safety of dc injection braking. Secondly, the table power
feed, whilst retaining its beautifully made original operating
mechanism and knock-out stop, is independently driven from a
variable speed dc motor giving infinitely variable feeds and
reversal of direction at the flick of a switch.
